Mike inspected the house I am purchasing. He inspected things that I never even thought about inspecting, he was very thorough. After the inspection, he explained everything in full detail and answered all my questions. I am amazed at how quickly he had my report typed up and sent to me. I am very pleased and satisfied. Pricing is perfect as well. Thank you so very much Mike for all your help. I highly recommend using KMG Inspections.

It was nice working with you! Showed up early, was very thorough very informative throughout the process.

Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable. If I were to buy another house I would use him again.

Absolutely great! 100 out of 10 experience with Mike. His attention to detail during the inspection and also in his report is remarkable. Extremely detailed and clearly labeled. Mike not only makes the reports easy to read and identify, he also provides suggestions and recommendations for fixes and even items that would be useful for peace of mind and insurance purposes like door and window sensors. I am so glad that I found KMG Inspections and Mike was the guy to do the inspection on my home purchase.

Mike was very thorough, kind, professional.

Very detailed and easy to work with

Mike was a pleasure to work with. His inspection was top notch, he went to extreme depths to make sure everything was annotated on our home inspection. Gave me true peace of mind on purchasing a home after he looked at it. Thanks again Mike.

Great experience

Mike was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, kind and thorough in his inspection of our home.

Mike has been crucial in 2 inspections for us. He is thorough, straight forward, detailed and precise. His reports are easy to follow and include pictures along with thorough explanations. I was able to follow him around and ask a lot of questions for learning purposes. He has a wealth of knowledge to offer. Both inspections allowed me the clarity to make smart decisions based on his information. I will collaborate with him until we finally find the right home. I feel as if we have a partner in our search and that is critical to this process. It's easily a 5 star review and my wife, son and myself highly recommend Mike.

Mike was great to work with and we highly recommend him for anyone looking to have a home inspection. We interviewed several home inspection companies and couldn't be more happy with selecting Mike. He made the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

During the inspection we appreciated his attention to detail. He encouraged us to follow him during the inspection and ask any questions. We could tell that Mike took pride in his work and wanted to provide us with a thorough inspection.

Following the inspection he told us we would receive the reports later that night...and we did receive the reports that evening. The reports were detailed and included any recommendations he had. After we received the reports he followed up with us in case we had any questions.

Mike's pricing was also fair and reasonable.

Overall, couldn't have asked for a better experience with a home inspection.

Mike was professional, personal, accessible and took the time to talk through the various details of the home inspection while it was in process. His reporting was breathakingly thorough and helped me to make an effecive discernment about the purchase of a house. I highly recommend Mike as a home inspector!
